As an Account Manager (m/f/nb), you are the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to procurement at Conrad. Our customers are always our top priority and we have access to modern tools for analysis. Open, active communication, feedback and team spirit are very important to us.

Your contribution to success

  • End-to-end responsibility for future sales and earnings development
  • Telephone support for existing customers and further development of customer relationships, including controlling and monitoring of measures
  • Creating account plans and determining the customer's needs and potential
  • Development of individual solutions to optimize the customer's procurement process (e.g. e-procurement solutions)
  • Sales and technical contact person from the initial needs assessment to the conclusion of the contract, including cross-selling and upselling activities, if necessary also directly on site

Your success factors

  • Commercial vocational training or technical vocational training with basic commercial knowledge
  • First professional experience in sales with active business customer contact
  • Independent working style and a high degree of initiative
  • Strong communication and argumentation skills
  • Structured and goal-oriented way of working
