The UCD team is the central element for anchoring the UX philosophy in our company. As a cross-departmental, interdisciplinary team, we develop solutions that take into account the behaviour, wishes and needs of our customers. The strongest focus is on the area of AB testing, but other topics are also addressed in order to optimise the user experience for customers.

Your tasks

  • You support the development of an AB testing roadmap in collaboration with the UCD team
  • You develop innovative AB test ideas and formulate hypotheses to better understand user behaviour
  • You create test designs with the help of Figma and the Adobe Cloud
  • You take over the documentation and maintenance of tests to keep track of them
  • You design and conduct usability tests with Userbrain, evaluate the results and derive recommendations for action

Your qualifications

  • Ongoing studies in usability experience design, media studies, (media) computer science or a comparable field
  • Ideally, you have basic knowledge of web analytics and HTML
  • You have a keen interest in customer behaviour in e-commerce
  • You have gained initial experience with UX analysis tools (e.g. Userbrain)
  • You are characterised by an independent and reliable way of working and a high willingness to learn
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1 level or higher)
