Our People Management Team sees itself as a strategic partner and the first point of contact for all HR-related matters. Your contribution to success

  • Supporting the entire employee lifecycle: You’ll play an active role in every stage of our employees’ journey, from onboarding new team members to supporting the offboarding process
  • Supporting day-to-day operations: You’ll assist our People Services and Business Partners with their daily tasks, ensuring that processes run smoothly
  • Project collaboration and autonomy: You’ll work with our team on a variety of People projects and, if interested and qualified, also take on your own small (sub)projects
  • Helping shape strategic People initiatives: You’ll help us further develop our processes and strategies in both national and international contexts, with plenty of room to contribute your ideas

Your success factors

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business or the humanities, ideally with a focus on human resources (HR) management
  • Ideally, some initial practical experience in the HR field (e.g., through internships, part-time student jobs, or relevant training)
  • An independent and dedicated work ethic with a desire to make a real difference
  • A friendly, open, and team-oriented communication style that enriches our collaboration
    Excellent proficiency in German and English
