The Marketplace plays a central role on our way to becoming Europe's leading B2B sourcing platform. This is where the strategic approaches are utilised for our customers, purchasing processes are simplified and Conrad's product range is expanded to include core ranges of technical operating supplies and services by connecting over 700 partners.

Your contribution to success

  • You will be involved in the further development and expansion of a system for the digital and automated support of our Marketplace partners
  • You dive deep into the needs of our partners and design innovative solutions to increase their satisfaction
  • You support the interface work with various areas such as Business Development, Technical & Digital Solutions, development teams and e-commerce
  • You support our Account Managers in the automation of partner support and development in order to optimise processes
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to the expansion and optimisation of a knowledge centre for partners and use AI tools

Your success factors

  • Ongoing studies with a business or technical focus
  • You have a passion for e-commerce and want to make a difference in this area
  • You have an affinity for data and tools that are used to support automation processes
  • At best, you have knowledge in the use of content management systems and AI tools
  • You are characterised by an independent, proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented way of working
  • You have a very good command of German and a good command of English (B2 level or higher)
