In the CFO Office, you’ll work directly with the Group CFO, Chief of Staff and Finance Leadership on strategic initiatives that shape Conrad’s future. You’ll gain unique insights into C-level decision-making processes and develop skills that will accelerate your career—from strategic financial analysis to board presentations.

Your contribution to success

  • M&A and Strategic Screening: Analysis of acquisition and partnership candidates. Preparation of structured decision-making documents for the management level.
  • Executive- and Supervisory Board Communication: Independent creation of presentations and briefings in the style of leading strategy consultancies—for the Supervisory Board and Executive Board.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Development of structured competitive analyses and management dashboards that actively inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Ad-hoc Strategy Projects: From supplier strategies through pilot programs to process optimizations: variable, demanding and always with a real business context
  • Financial Reporting and Analytics: Collaboration on analytical deep dives, budgeting processes, and strategic ad-hoc analyses with a direct impact on financial decisions.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy: Analysis of supplier and logistics structures, evaluation of new fulfillment models, and preparation of strategic recommendations for senior management.

Your success factors

  • Enrolled student (any field of study) – what matters is your drive and motivation to learn
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive work ethic, intellectual curiosity and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent German and English skills (C2 level) required; additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in consulting, corporate finance or auditing is a plus
  • Availability: 20 hours per week
