Your tasks

  • You will help develop an A/B testing roadmap in collaboration with the UCD team
  • You will develop innovative A/B testing ideas and formulate hypotheses to better understand user behavior
  • You will create test designs using Figma
  • You will be responsible for documenting and maintaining tests to ensure everything stays organized
  • You will design and conduct usability tests using Userbrain, evaluate the results, and derive recommendations for action

Your qualifications

  • Ideally, you have a basic understanding of web analytics and HTML
  • You have a strong interest in customer behavior in e-commerce
  • You have gained initial experience with UX analysis tools (e.g., Userbrain)
  • You are characterized by an independent and reliable work ethic as well as a strong willingness to learn
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1 level or higher)
