The aim of our operational procurement team is to align all processes relevant to replenishment along the internal supply chain together with Category Management and Operations in such a way that customer benefit is always at the centre of all procurement strategies. We coordinate initial order quantities and promotional quantities, ensure the stock rotation of the standard range and reduce excess stock and old goods.

Your contribution to success

You update procurement-relevant master and transaction data to ensure data quality and consistency
You further develop our internal tools and methods to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of purchasing processes
You work on internal KPIs and visualise them to make the team's performance transparent
You further develop our process mining strategy and use cases to identify potential for process optimisation

Your success factors

Ongoing studies in the field of economics, business informatics or a natural science degree programme
You have a high affinity for IT and are confident in working with IT systems
You have an analytical mindset and a quick grasp of complex issues
You work independently, responsibly and in a structured manner to complete tasks independently
Good knowledge of German and English (B2 level)
