The Marketplace plays a central role on our path to becoming Europe's leading B2B sourcing platform. This is where the strategic approaches are utilised for our customers, purchasing processes are simplified and Conrad's product range is expanded to include core ranges of technical operating supplies and services by connecting around 800 partners. As a working student, you are the interface for our product range strategy at marketplace level and therefore interact with a large number of internal and external marketplace players.

Your contribution to success

  • You coordinate the communication for the creation of a monthly Marketplace newsletter and send it out independently
  • You communicate new Marketplace partners and their product ranges via internal and external social media channels such as LinkedIn and Conet (Intranet)
  • Your tasks include the consolidation of existing reporting and the definition of new relevant KPIs (brand coverage score)
  • You will be responsible for checking and optimising existing sales hunting lists 
  • You support the research and acquisition process for the Marketplace Development Team
  • Project co-development (brand authorisation) is part of your daily business
  • You are responsible for carrying out market analyses and actively participate in all Marketplace projects 

Your success factors

  • Ongoing studies in business administration with a focus on marketing or a comparable specialisation
  • Ideally, you already have previous experience in B2B sales
  • You have strong analytical and presentation skills
  • You are characterised by your communicative, proactive and self-confident manner
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills (B2 level or higher)
