You want to play an active role in shaping the future of Conrad and gain experience in strategic corporate development? In Corporate Development, you can expect exciting tasks at the interface of strategy, market intelligence and M&A. As part of our team, you will contribute to the development of corporate strategies, analyze market opportunities and support us in the search for new growth opportunities.

Your contribution to success

Market analysis: You determine the latest trends in B2B retail, identify lucrative market potential and keep an eye on the competition.
M&A: You support our team in evaluating M&A offers and find promising takeover candidates.
Venture capital: You will help manage our VC investments and establish contacts in the startup ecosystem.
Strategy: You will be involved in the development and implementation of corporate strategies and support strategic projects.
Tools & processes: You optimize our tools and processes in the area of market intelligence and ensure efficient workflows in the team.

Your success factors

You are studying business administration or a comparable course of study.
Ideally, you have some experience in market research, corporate development or consulting.
You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new subject areas and have very good analytical skills.
You work independently, conscientiously and in a structured manner.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
You speak and write fluent German and English.
