As Vice President Finance (m/f/d), you and your cross-functional finance team of over 50 employees and five department heads form the backbone of our organization. You are the link to internal and external stakeholders and actively exemplify our performance culture. You are used to coordinating with auditors, authorities and banks on your own responsibility. 

Your contribution to success

  • Leadership & Team Development: Management of employees in the Accounting, Tax & Treasury departments and responsibility for their continuous professional and personal development
  • Financial Closing: Responsibility for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS, including reporting in compliance with existing guidelines and commercial and tax regulations, as well as support for regular audits and tax audits
  • Financial Management: Responsibility for tax issues as well as the further development and optimization of Group-wide liquidity management
  • Process Optimization: Continuation and further development of the digitalization and automation of processes

Your success factors

  • Proven Experience: Several years of professional experience in the financial environment, ideally in an auditing environment or a comparable role as Head of Finance
  • Financial Expertise: Broad expertise in the areas of accounting, treasury and tax
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Innovative Strength: Growth mindset and an entrepreneurial way of working 
  • Stakeholder Management: Convincing and confident representation of financial topics to various stakeholders within a group as well as to auditors and banks
  • Language Skills: Business fluent in German and English
