Your contribution to success

  • Sales responsibility: You will have end-to-end responsibility for future sales and earnings development.
  • Active support: You will mainly support your existing customers by telephone, continuously develop customer relationships, and keep a constant eye on the success of your measures through controlling and monitoring.
  • Strategic planning: You will create detailed account plans and proactively identify the individual needs and potential of your customers with the help of AI-supported insights.
  • Process optimization: You will develop customized solutions to optimize your customers' procurement processes, for example through the use of e-procurement solutions.
  • Full-service consulting: You are the point of contact from the initial needs assessment to the conclusion of the contract. You make targeted use of cross-selling and upselling activities and also visit your customers on site if necessary.

Your success factors

 
  • Professional experience: You have initial experience in sales or account management, ideally with a focus on telephone consulting.
  • Analytical skills: Creating account plans and monitoring key performance indicators are part of your professional approach to work.
  • Affinity for innovation: You are open to using AI tools and digital assistance systems to maximize sales success.
  • Language skills: You have very good German skills at C1 level and good English skills at B1 level.
