Your contribution to success

  • Definition of process mining use cases based on our strategic objectives
  • Building and using dashboards/analyses in Celonis to establish and quantify cause-and-effect relationships
  • Connecting data sources and creating data models as the basis for dashboards/analyses in Celonis
  • Digital modelling/documentation of processes as part of optimization projects
  • Identification and active support of optimization projects in different departments
  • Presentation of content and realized results to staff and management

Your success factors

  • Scientific studies with a focus on (business) informatics, data science/analytics, economics or similar or comparable qualification
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, especially in designing technological solutions for core business problems
  • Understanding of business process management and its end-to-end analysis
  • Sound knowledge of building and structuring data models and building dashboards (ideally Celonis) 
  • Knowledge of SQL (PQL)
  • Strong ownership and open communication skills to drive change and facilitate workshops with groups of users
  • Passion for technology & big data and what impact can be generated from it
  • Good German and English language skills
