Are you a talented organizer and logistician with a flair for efficient processes? Then we are looking for you. As part of our team, you will play a key role in designing and improving our Europe-wide transport processes, which primarily involve road transportation with freight forwarders and CEP service providers.

Your contribution to success

Responsibility for transport cost management within the Conrad organization
Close and efficient monitoring of processes in the transportation area
Continuous improvement and further development of own processes
Initiation and implementation of tenders
Tracking market developments and managing challenging projects within logistics and along the supply chain
Analyzing, optimizing and adhering to the specified KPIs and conducting performance reviews with our partners
Communication with freight forwarders and CEP service providers
Supporting international and national stakeholders within the Conrad Group
Invoice verification

Your success factors

Completed studies in logistics, supply chain management or business administration with a focus on logistics or successfully completed vocational training as a forwarding agent with professional experience in transport procurement
Sound knowledge of transportation management
An independent and structured way of working, as well as a basic analytical understanding, even under demanding conditions and the ability to work across departmental boundaries
Confident handling of Google products (G-Suite)
Experience with SAP (WM, EWM, TM)
Business fluent in German and English, other foreign languages are a plus
Teamwork, reliability and clear communication
