As a Technical Email Product Owner (m/f/nb), you will take on a key role in the technological realignment of our customer engagement, driving the introduction of a new Omnichannel Engagement Platform.

This position is a fixed-term position for 2 years.

Your contribution to success

  • Platform Implementation: Responsibility for the technical integration of the new Omnichannel Engagement Platform into Conrad's existing system landscape.
  • Process Design: Define and establish new, highly efficient processes and workflows to migrate the Email Marketing Team’s operations to the new platform and significantly increase efficiency.
  • Technical Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flows, functionality, and interfaces between the MarTech platform, CRM, and e-commerce systems.
  • Template Development & Optimization: Create and optimize email templates, leveraging your deep understanding of HTML within the email context.
  • Evaluate Future Technologies: Evaluate and implement AI features of the new platform to optimize personalization, content generation and targeting.

Your success factors

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, or as a Technical Product Owner/Consultant in the digital sector.
  • Proven experience in project management or the implementation of MarTech or engagement platforms (e.g., CDP, ESP).
  • Deep technical understanding of system integrations, data flows, and API usage is essential.
  • Profound knowledge of HTML and ideally CSS, specifically in email development.
  • Understanding of modern AI tools in the marketing context (Generative AI, Predictive Analytics) and their application for efficiency gains.
  • Solution-oriented and structured approach to work, combined with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues.
