Your contribution to success
- Team Leadership & Management: You will provide technical guidance to your team members and manage the departments of Technical Quality Control, Pre-packaging, and the Calibration Laboratory.
- Quality Assurance & Process Optimization: You are responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes in technical incoming goods inspection to ensure high product quality and efficient processes.
- Calibration Services: You ensure the smooth operation of the calibration laboratory and guarantee that testing and documentation are performed properly in accordance with current standards.
- Repackaging & Service Management: You will coordinate repackaging and finishing processes tailored to customer and market needs and ensure a high level of service quality.
- Supplier & Quality Management: You are the point of contact for quality-related issues, manage complaint processes, and work closely with departments such as Purchasing, Product Management, and external partners.
Your success factors
- Education & Experience: A completed technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, quality management) or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of relevant professional experience in a technical field or in quality assurance.
- Management Skills: Some initial management experience, or a strong motivation and willingness to take on a leadership role in an operational setting and to help employees develop on an equal footing.
- Expertise & Know-How: Experience in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) and an understanding of legal product requirements (CE, RoHS, VDE). Additionally, you have a basic technical understanding and interest in topics such as testing and measurement technology, calibration, and incoming goods inspection.
- IT Applications: Experience with common IT systems (e.g., SAP, Google Workspace/cloud environment) is a plus.
- Working Style & Soft Skills: A structured, goal-oriented approach to work and the ability to keep a cool head, even when things get hectic. You also impress with strong communication and assertiveness skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Language Skills: You have very good written and spoken German skills (C1 level) and possess basic English skills (B1 level) for communication in an international environment.
