You are the engine behind our international email marketing and drive the further development of this important channel.
 
In the position of Teamlead E-Mail Marketing, you will have the opportunity to lead an international team and celebrate successes together. You firmly believe that email marketing is more than just sending messages - it's an art of building a relationship and delighting customers.
 
The Conrad Email Marketing team is responsible for the planning and creation of all international newsletter campaigns for the Conrad Group. The focus is on automating as many processes as possible and creating a consistent brand identity and communication across 14 Conrad countries. Through ongoing A/B testing and continuous analysis and improvement, the team works on growing the recipient base and increasing the relevance of the channel for our B2B core customers.

Your contribution to success

  • Leading the international Conrad newsletter team with 4 employees
  • Planning, management and implementation of e-mail marketing for 14 Conrad countries with the aim of reactivating our existing customers and increasing their purchase frequency
  • Developing and monitoring consistent communication in all countries
  • Strategic and technical development of the email marketing channel
  • Analyzing and controlling KPIs and deriving recommendations for action
  • Implementation of fully automated marketing measures in close cooperation with the marketing automation team

Your success factors

  • At least 3 years of experience in e-mail or newsletter marketing
  • Commercial training or studies in the field of business administration/marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Initial management experience of small teams in the marketing environment desirable
  • Structured, independent and responsible working style
  • Effective and goal-oriented way of working
