Your contribution to success

Campaign management: Together with our campaign and e-commerce teams, you will develop campaigns to generate traffic and revenue on our B2B websites
International responsibility: You are responsible for the support and expansion of our international B2B affiliate channels in our focus countries
Strategic partner management: You are responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our affiliate partners. Together you will drive the growth of our partner network (sometimes in collaboration with agencies)
Data-based optimization: You continuously analyze the performance of our B2B affiliate campaigns using KPIs and develop data-driven optimization measures to increase the efficiency of our partner programs
Team leadership: You coach and motivate your team, set clear goals and create the conditions for your employees to be successful. At the same time, you actively work with the team.
Continuous efficiency improvement: You are responsible for driving the continuous development of our affiliate program by evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools and strategies
Budget management: You are responsible for the efficient management of the affiliate budget and ensure that the return on investment (ROI) is maximized

Your success factors

Completed studies in the field of economics, marketing or comparable qualification
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in affiliate marketing
Very good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and other tracking tools
Ideally already experience in managing projects or teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
You already have relevant experience with various affiliate networks (Awin, Tradetracker, Tradedoubler)
Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
Very good knowledge of German and English (C1 level)
