These tasks are waiting for you

Supporting the CTO / CPO in all administrative and organizational matters
Preparation and follow-up of meetings and events; appointment coordination and travel planning for the CTO / CPO
Preparation of presentations, evaluations and statistics for the management level
Increasing the efficiency of time processes, information flows and decision-making within the CTO / CPO's sphere of influence
Ensuring an efficient flow of information and smooth communication
Strategic support: research, analysis and preparation of technology, market changes and industry trends to identify new opportunities
Basis for decision-making: preparation of decision bases, presentations, data analyses and development of recommendations for action
Project management activities for highly strategic projects

Who we are looking for

Successfully completed business studies, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience
Reliability, loyalty and discretion; at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. IT Project Management or IT Strategic Assistant
Proactive and independent way of working, combined with a hands-on mentality
Confident handling of MS Office and very good written and spoken German and English skills
