Your contribution to success

  • Store management: You are responsible for the smooth operation of the store. You will ensure a high level of customer service, optimize branch processes and support your employees in day-to-day business. 
  • Personnel management: You will take responsibility for the team in Regensburg, ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, promote employee development and create employee-friendly, efficient duty rosters.
  • Sales responsibility: In your role as store manager, you are responsible for sustainably increasing the store's sales through sales promotion measures. You also keep an eye on all payment processing, merchandise management processes and checkout guidelines.
  • Strategic management: In collaboration with your account managers, you will implement strategies to build and expand business customer relationships while also becoming active in the relevant business networks. In this way, you will increase awareness of Conrad and expand the customer base.    

Your success factors

  • Sound experience: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have already gained several years of experience in (corporate) customer service.
  • Leadership qualities: You have strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proactivity: You are characterized by your independent way of working, high level of self-motivation and willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Languages: You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
