Your contribution to success

Technical SEO optimization: Conducting comprehensive technical audits, identifying optimization potential (crawling, indexing, page load speed, website architecture) to improve the organic visibility of all Conrad online stores internationally.
Strategic planning: Development and implementation of data-driven SEO strategies with a focus on technical aspects to increase the ranking and organic traffic of our website.
Performance analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of relevant SEO KPIs, creation of meaningful reports and derivation of recommendations for action to optimize performance.
Tool expertise: Use and optimization of SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush) to identify potential for improvement and measure success.
Team collaboration: Close collaboration with other teams (content, development, product management) to ensure a holistic SEO strategy and to implement technical optimizations.
Competitor analysis: Monitoring the competitive landscape, identifying trends and best practices to continuously improve our SEO strategy.

Your success factors

Sound experience: Several years of professional experience in SEO, ideally in an e-commerce environment, with a focus on technical search engine optimization.
Technical expertise: Deep understanding of technical SEO aspects, experience with relevant tools and knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and ability to make data-based decisions.
Communication skills: excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way. Languages: German, English
Initiative: Proactive, independent way of working, high self-motivation and solution-oriented thinking.
