Our recipe for success

We are a reliable partner who makes the sourcing of technical supplies as easy and efficient as it gets for customers. We do this with passion and innovativeness, day in day out. Our product range comprises millions of quality items, customer-centric solutions and services, and face-to-face expert advice. We are fully committed to this mission. We see change as a catalyst for opportunities, and supply customers with everything they need to successfully complete their projects. As a family-run business, operating in a sustainable way and building long-term business relationships are paramount to us. We stand for quality and reliability.

We are seeking a highly analytical and structured Product Requirements Engineer to tackle
our most complex, high-impact strategic initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap
between our business domains—including Finance, Procurement, and Compliance—and our
technical product teams. You will be responsible for deconstructing multi-layered business
challenges into clear, executable functional blueprints, ensuring that our digital evolution
remains logically sound, compliant, and scalable.

Your contribution to success

  • Lead the elicitation and documentation of requirements for massive strategic projects
that span Procurement, Pricing, Accounting, and Legal.
  • Create unambiguous functional specifications and process models (e.g., BPMN, UML)
that serve as the "source of truth" for Product Managers and Developers.
  • Proactively identify and resolve "logic collisions" between different business units,
facilitating data-driven consensus to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Establish and maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure every feature
delivered aligns with our core business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs
through structured acceptance criteria and professional validation techniques.
  • Introduce and maintain high-quality Requirements Engineering standards (IREB) across
the product organization, coaching PMs and TPMs on best practices for complex
    discovery.

Your success factors

  • 5+ years of experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, or Technical
Product Management, preferably in a complex B2B/eCommerce or ERP environment.
  • Ideally, you hold an IREB (CPRE) certification or have equivalent formal training in
    Requirements Engineering.
  • Expert knowledge in process modeling and notation standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0, UML) and
tools like Confluence, Jira, or specialized RE software.
  • Exceptional ability to grasp complex technical and financial interdependencies quickly
and translate them into structured, testable requirements.
  • You are a master at translating "Business Speak" into "Tech Speak" and can confidently
present and negotiate with senior stakeholders from Finance, Legal, and IT.
  • You approach organizational complexity with enthusiasm, viewing every edge case as a
puzzle to be solved and every stakeholder conflict as an opportunity for alignment.
  • Fluent English skills are required; proficiency in German is a big plus.
