Your contribution to success

As Senior Product Designer, you will:

Drive design excellence by serving as a role model, coach, and mentor to your colleagues
Foster a design thinking culture that promotes creativity and innovation across the product team
Lead end-to-end design processes from wireframes to interactive prototypes, crafting elegant solutions with meticulous attention to detail
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Product Researchers to deliver impactful solutions
Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle
Define and validate research methodologies, transforming insights into actionable design recommendations
Ensure design visibility and facilitate effective decision-making across the organization

Your success factors

As the ideal candidate, you have:

5+ years of experience in digital product design (UX, UI, interaction design)
Expert proficiency in modern design, planning and collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Jira Product Discovery)
Strong track record applying design thinking and agile methodologies
Proven ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions
Self-driven mindset with demonstrated success in both independent and collaborative settings
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience designing scalable digital products across platforms
Fluency in German and English
