Getting people excited about the Conrad brand both internally and externally and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints is the task of our Communication & Brand team. With Holistic Brand Management, we steer our brand agilely into the future and activate it from the inside out. We are looking for support with the implementation of exciting projects and tasks relating to the Conrad brand as soon as possible.

Your contribution to success

  • Development and implementation of image-building communication measures as part of the communication strategy 
  • Planning and support of brand projects incl. management of agencies
  • Support in the further development of the brand strategy including performance measurement
  • Writing texts, content creation and storytelling
  • Conducting research and analyses as part of the brand strategy 
  • Brand governance & steering to manage the brand securely
  • Organization of workshops, training courses, events and photo and video shoots
  • Proactive ideas and impulses for the future of the Conrad brand
  • Development and implementation of measures (digital & analog) for image-building communication as part of the communication strategy across all channels
  • Internal and external brand activation (corporate brand & employer brand)

Your success factors

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing & communication, brand management or a comparable course of study
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing or communication 
  • Experience in storytelling, content creation and copywriting in German and English
  • Passion for brands and their impact as a value creation tool
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  •  Affinity for social media - especially LinkedIn
  • Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with people
  • Resourcefulness, initiative and customer-centric thinking
  • Good written and spoken English skills
