- Architecture & Strategy: Design, implementation, and continuous optimization of complex IT infrastructures in hybrid environments (on-premises & Azure Cloud).
- Azure Cloud Management: Management and optimization of our Azure environment, including IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD, virtual networks, and security services.
- Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Increasing efficiency through the automation of standard processes (e.g., using PowerShell, Terraform, or Azure Bicep).
- 3rd Level Support & Troubleshooting: Handling complex issues as the final escalation point and performing root cause analyses.
- Security & Compliance: Designing and monitoring security policies in the Azure environment (Conditional Access, Identity Protection) and patch strategies.
- Mentoring: Providing technical guidance and coaching to junior colleagues, as well as facilitating knowledge transfer within the IT department.
- Project Management: Leading IT infrastructure projects from conception through to rollout.
- Security Integration: Cross-functional collaboration within the Security Operations Center (SOC) to monitor, analyze, and assess security incidents.
Your success factors

Education and Experience: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, with at least five years of relevant professional experience.

Azure Expertise: In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure (Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Governance & Security). Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) are a plus.

Windows Expert: Solid knowledge of administering Windows Server environments, Active Directory/Group Policies, and modern client management solutions (Windows 11).

Analytical Mindset: The ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies and develop sustainable solutions for enterprise environments.

Communication: Confident demeanor in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate technical matters in a way that is tailored to the target audience.

Language Skills: Good written and spoken German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
