In our Tech & Product department, we are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to join our Search Experience Team. This team is tasked with revolutionizing the way users search, discover and decide on products on our e-commerce platform. It requires a mix of strategic foresight, product passion and a user-centered mindset to drive our search results pages to excellence.

Your contribution to success

You will be at the core of Conrad's most important missions: connecting our customers to the right products.
As part of our Search Experience team you are responsible for developing and communicating a compelling product vision that aligns with overall business goals and customer needs
You will collaborate closely with the product designer and engineers to continuously discover opportunities, and then work together to deliver solutions to address these opportunities.
You will utilize A/B testing, user research, and data analysis to inform product decisions and iterate on growth experiments.
Define, prioritize and validate user stories and product enhancements with a focus on customer journey and business value.
You have a strong sense of ownership for your product and make sure that outcomes meet high quality standards in terms of business impact, delivery speed and usability.
Act as an interface between the product team and key stakeholders, including business units, customers and senior management, to ensure product strategies are well communicated and understood.

Your success factors

Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, engineering or a comparable field. An advanced degree is an advantage.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced e-commerce or technology environment.
Experience with successful launch of consumer-facing product initiatives or products.
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to challenging problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to present your argument in a data-informed, written narrative.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinking skills with a strong focus on user needs, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and technologies relevant to e-commerce platforms.
Good German and English skills
