We see change as a catalyst for opportunities, and supply customers with everything they need to successfully complete their projects. As a family-run business, operating in a sustainable way and building long-term business relationships are paramount to us. We stand for quality and reliability.

Join the AI & Data Platform part of AI & Automation team to work on the most cutting-edge applied AI challenges, utilizing modern orchestration frameworks. You'll be instrumental in designing, owning, and deploying production-grade AI and LLM services, accelerating their integration into critical business workflows for massive impact. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive MLOps and LLMOps maturity and set the standard for reliable, scalable, and trusted AI products across the company.
We offer a hybrid working set-up either in Hirschau, Munich, (Berlin) or Krakau.

Your contribution to success

  • Intelligent Architecture: Design and deploy production-ready AI services using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • Rapid Automation Delivery: Accelerate time-to-value by connecting AI services to business workflows.
  • LLMOPS, MLOps & Quality: Take full ownership of the lifecycle—from concept to monitoring—ensuring all AI products are reliable, scalable, and fully tested.

What You Will Actually Be Doing:

  • Engineer with the Latest Stack: Design and build AI-powered applications using modern AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex. Deliver the best tech stack, ensuring the team stays at the forefront of applied AI innovation
  • Be a Workflow Disruptor: Leverage your hands-on experience with low-code automation platforms to rapidly prototype and deploy AI connectors that automate critical business processes.
  • Proactively apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to iteratively optimize large language model (LLM) performance, ensuring output consistency, mitigating biases, and maximizing utility across diverse and complex use cases.
  • Drive Reliability: Apply engineering rigor—automated tests (unit, integration, data validation), version control with reproducible builds, CI/CD, and end-to-end observability—so models graduate from experimental notebooks to trusted, production-grade services.
  • Demonstrate Value: Showcase a track record of process automation—demonstrating successfully applied AI delivering tangible operational efficiency gains.

Your success factors

  • Deep practical experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Proven ability to design and implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems—combining vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) with document loaders, embeddings, and retrieval evaluation techniques.
  • Strong Python expertise with production experience in frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and deployment of containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid MLOps foundation and treating AI pipelines as scalable software.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated data services.
  • A proven ability to leverage low-code tools like n8n, Langflow to accelerate deployment and integration.
