The Marketplace plays a central role on our way to becoming Europe's leading B2B sourcing platform. This is where the strategic approaches are utilized for our customers, purchasing processes are simplified and Conrad's value proposition is expanded to include core ranges of technical operating supplies and services with the help of many hundreds of partners.
The Marketplaces Operations team forms the central interface to all internal and external development partners, ensures the functionality of the platform through excellent process and project management and implements strategic concepts in concrete marketplace services and functions.

The position is to be filled as a parental leave replacement at the earliest possible date. 

Your contribution to success

  • Creating evaluations, presentations and documentation
  • Recording, analyzing and optimizing processes in collaboration with national and international teams
  • Creation of fault tickets and troubleshooting
  • Supporting national and international Marketplace employees with questions
  • Project management and collaboration on projects in the area of Marketplace Operations

Your success factors

  • Degree with a focus on economics, business informatics, project/process management or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience through internships or working student activities in the field of process management is an advantage 
  • Independent, goal- and solution-oriented way of working combined with the ability to work in a team
  • Affinity for numbers and process analysis
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
