In our Technology & Digital Solutions department, we are looking for a visionary Product Owner for our Product Team "Find". This team is tasked with revolutionizing the way users search, discover and decide on products on our e-commerce platform. It requires a mix of strategic foresight, product passion and a user-centered mindset to drive our search results pages and product detail pages to excellence.
In our Technology & Digital Solutions department, we are looking for a visionary Product Owner for our Product Team "Find". This team is tasked with revolutionizing the way users search, discover and decide on products on our e-commerce platform. It requires a mix of strategic foresight, product passion and a user-centered mindset to drive our search results pages and product detail pages to excellence.
These tasks are waiting for you
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision for the "Find" team that aligns with overall business goals and customer needs.
- Define, prioritize and validate user stories and product enhancements with a focus on superior UX and business value.
- Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional team including UX/UI, Engineering and Analytics to discover, prototype, implement and continuously evolve features.
- Manage the product backlog and balance short-term delivery and long-term vision to maximize value.
- Act as an interface between the "Find" squad and key stakeholders, including business units, customers and senior management, to ensure product strategies are well communicated and understood.
- Monitor market trends and competition to develop product innovations.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, engineering or a comparable field. An advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a fast-paced e-commerce or technology environment.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and proven success in leading teams to deliver successful digital products.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in German and English (B2 level or higher).
- Analytical thinking skills with a strong focus on user needs, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Experience with user research, A/B testing and using customer feedback to guide product decisions.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and technologies relevant to e-commerce platforms.
