Our recipe for success
The Marketplaces Operations team forms the central interface to all internal and external development partners, ensures the functionality of the platform through excellent process and project management and implements strategic concepts in concrete marketplace services and functions.
Your contribution to success
- Creating and driving forward concepts and requirements for the technical departments and our service providers
- Creating evaluations, presentations and documentation
- Project management and collaboration on Marketplace and platform-related projects (focus: operational optimization and internationalization)
- Recording, analyzing and optimizing processes in collaboration with national and international teams
- Creation of fault tickets and trouble shooting
- Supporting national and international Marketplace employees with questions about processes, Mirakl and e.g. Concentrix
Your success factors
- Degree with a focus on economics, business informatics, project/process management or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a comparable function desirable
- Independent, goal- and solution-oriented way of working combined with the ability to work in a team
- Affinity for numbers and process analysis
- Very good knowledge of German and English
