Your contribution to success

  • Independent cooperation with the specialist departments (e.g. logistics, sales, purchasing) to identify, structure and implement process optimizations
  • Extensive use of Celonis for data-driven root cause analysis and quantification of realized improvements
  • Translation of requirements from the specialist departments into process management use cases and support during implementation
  • Digital modeling/documentation of processes as part of optimization projects
  • Active involvement in the continuous further development of the process management team
  • Presentation of content and realized results to the workforce and management

Your success factors

  • Scientific studies with a focus on (business) informatics, data science/analytics, economics etc. or comparable qualification
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, especially in designing technological solutions for core business problems
  • Experience in using Celonis for process analysis and ideally also in creating views
  • Understanding of business process management and its end-to-end analysis
  • Sound experience in the field of process management (including strategy, structure, documentation)
  • Strong independent action and open communication skills to drive change and facilitate workshops with groups of users
  • Good German and English language skills
