Your contribution to success

  • Conducting initial process assessments.
  • Managing transition and optimization projects – defining, planning (schedule, tasks, and resources), managing, controlling, and summarizing projects.
  • Mapping processes and ensuring necessary documentation for processes undergoing transition or optimization.
  • Ensuring proper knowledge transfer regarding transferred/optimized processes.
  • Coordinating activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, to achieve project goals and ensure project timeliness.
  • Sharing knowledge and insights with other teams and project team members.
  • Actively identifying risks and escalating as needed.
  • Conducting regular meetings with all stakeholders (international work environment) to gather status and discuss project-related issues.
  • Creating reports and presentations for management.

Your success factors

  • Communicative level of English (min. B2/C1) – work in an international environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international SSC or BPO environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management.
  • Knowledge and experience in coordinating and mapping processes.
  • Knowledge of business process optimization (lean management, six sigma, etc.).
  • Higher education.

    Nice to have:
    • Project certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, etc.).
    • Experience in customer service.
    • Knowledge of SAP.
    • German language skills.
