Your contribution to success
- Conducting initial process assessments.
- Managing transition and optimization projects – defining, planning (schedule, tasks, and resources), managing, controlling, and summarizing projects.
- Mapping processes and ensuring necessary documentation for processes undergoing transition or optimization.
- Ensuring proper knowledge transfer regarding transferred/optimized processes.
- Coordinating activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, to achieve project goals and ensure project timeliness.
- Sharing knowledge and insights with other teams and project team members.
- Actively identifying risks and escalating as needed.
- Conducting regular meetings with all stakeholders (international work environment) to gather status and discuss project-related issues.
- Creating reports and presentations for management.
Your success factors
- Communicative level of English (min. B2/C1) – work in an international environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international SSC or BPO environment.
- Knowledge and experience in project management.
- Knowledge and experience in coordinating and mapping processes.
- Knowledge of business process optimization (lean management, six sigma, etc.).
- Higher education.
Nice to have: - Project certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, etc.).
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- German language skills.
