Your contribution to success
- Offer Activation & Launch: You will be responsible for the successful launch of new products, brands and categories on our marketplace. This includes working closely with external Marketplace sellers and internal teams to optimize product listings and monitor initial performance to drive the earliest possible sales.
- Marketing & Sales Integration: Manage the smooth integration of our Marketplace offering into marketing campaigns and sales promotions to ensure maximum product exposure and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Offer Optimization & Management: You will analyze sales data, identify potential and maintain a healthy product mix to maximize sales and profitability. You develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and solve performance bottlenecks.
- Seller Collaboration & Performance: You will work closely with our Marketplace sellers to strengthen the competitiveness of our offerings. This includes providing feedback and assistance to sellers to optimize their product offerings. (Content)
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Tracking and analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to maximize revenue (GMV & commissions) and producing regular performance reports.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct analysis on industry trends, competitive strategies and customer preferences to support category strategy and business decisions.
- Category Management: Develop and implement data-driven plans for scaling focus categories, launching new products and optimizing the assortment.
- Operational excellence: Working with cross-functional teams to optimize marketplace assortments, increase efficiency and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Your success factors
- A successfully completed Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace management or product performance optimization, ideally with a strong focus on sales.
- Strong product knowledge in the Conrad Core Categories (IT hardware, communication technology, tools, building technology, electronic components and measurement technology).
- Sound understanding of online sales and marketing strategies.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Results orientation with a focus on achieving goals and driving growth.
- Confident with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ideally experience in product marketing.
- Very good written and spoken German (C2) and English (B2) skills
