In the Offline Marketing team, you will be responsible for the specialist area of telemarketing. Direct contact with our business customers is the key to success here. You manage a team of external agents who talk to customers about various topics. The focus here is on customer satisfaction and service. It is also about individualization and automation of campaigns as well as the efficient use of artificial intelligence in the process. Through constant A/B testing, you will find the most optimal routes to our customers.

  • Responsibility for kick-off chain planning and budget allocation in the B2B area
  • Creating marketing concepts and making customer selections
  • Coordination of telemarketing follow-up newsletters  
  • Further development of the channel 
  • International project management
  • Management of our service providers
