The area of information security plays a central role at Conrad in developing the topic strategically and operationally across the Group. The central task is to create both awareness and enthusiasm in order to get both internal stakeholders and employees involved in this important business area.

Your contribution to success

Strategy: As Information Security Manager, you are responsible for the further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001
Leadership: You will lead a small team in both technical and disciplinary terms and act as a link between the management and other stakeholders
Conception: You manage and lead information security projects and establish new processes and standards
Communication: You act at eye level with the management and the operational teams and present yourself in a confident and goal-oriented manner
Operational implementation: You help drive the implementation of security measures and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines

Your success factors

Successfully completed studies in (business) computer science, (business) engineering or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of information security or network infrastructure
Initial management experience desirable
Extensive knowledge of network technologies and IT security measures
Confident handling of cybersecurity frameworks and toolsets
Strong communication and assertiveness skills
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
