You will work as Manager Corporate Development: Strategy & Market Intelligence in the Corporate Development team, which is currently being set up and reports directly to the CEO as a staff unit. In the area of strategy work, you will be responsible for managing the strategy process, supporting the management and business units as a partner in strategy development and taking a leading role in communicating and conveying the corporate strategy. In the area of market understanding, you will analyse relevant markets, monitor our competitive environment and identify trends and market dynamics in order to promote internal strategic dialogue. You will work closely with the management, the business units and your colleagues in Corporate Development. The development of integrated reporting and exchange formats for strategy and market understanding as well as the use of relevant knowledge databases, frameworks and tools are crucial to your work. All in all, in this role you will play a key role in shaping the growth and further development of the Conrad Group and help us to become Europe's leading procurement platform.

- Management and continuous development of the company-wide strategy process
- Support and management of strategic projects at business unit level
- Development and establishment of market and competition analyses and associated reporting
- Deriving strategic implications and development impulses for the Conrad Group
- Supporting the management in special projects
Your success factors
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy development, business development or management consulting, preferably in the B2B technology industry and with knowledge of digital sales channels
- Knowledge of strategic concepts and practical experience in the development of strategy frameworks and strategic planning processes
- Knowledge of international market and competitive analysis
- Experience in project management and leading international teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to visualise and communicate complex strategies at all levels of the company
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as a good balance of persuasiveness and empathy
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
