Your contribution to success

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the finance department with direct reporting to the management
  • Ensuring that the accounts are kept in accordance with the law and in a proper manner
  • Participation in special projects as assigned by the management
  • Interface function for all areas of the company as a business expert in finance
  • Optimizing processes within the department and the assigned areas
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements including reporting to the Group company
  • Supporting the external auditors with the annual financial statements
  • Preparation of VAT statements
  • Managing the bookkeeping of the Italian sister company
  • Contact with external tax consultants
  • Supporting employees with various issues
     
 

Your success factors

  • Training and further education (specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate or related)
  • Experience in managing an accounting department
  • Perfect knowledge of German, good knowledge of English and Italian an advantage
  • Confident in using Office programs, SAP knowledge an advantage
  • Customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Operational personality with a high degree of commitment, flexibility and initiative
