The Marketplace plays a central role on our way to becoming Europe's leading B2B sourcing platform. This is where the strategic approaches are utilised for our customers, purchasing processes are simplified and Conrad's product range is expanded to include core ranges of technical operating supplies and services by connecting over 600 partners.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Management of a portfolio of existing and new Marketplace partners to further increase sales on the Conrad Marketplace
  • Regular contact with partners and conducting strategy and annual meetings with data-based analyses and recommendations for action, personal support and qualification of partners
  • Monitoring and expanding the product range in collaboration with partners, as well as optimising quality and content
  • Understanding the individual needs of partners requiring personal and digital support with conception and promotion to optimise partner support
  • Carrying out individual training and recommendations for action for partners
  • Translating strategic goals into operational implementation in close dialogue with the specialist departments
  • Responsibility for projects in a specialist role for the further development of the Conrad Marketplace with the areas of business development, operations, marketing, master data management and e-commerce

Who we are looking for

  • Professional experience in the environment of digital marketplaces or platforms, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Passion for e-business / e-commerce
  • Ability to realise both short and long-term goals together with partners and specialist departments
  • Excellent communication skills as well as negotiation skills, confident demeanour and assertiveness
  • Affinity for data and strong analytical skills
  • Very independent, proactive, self-motivated and goal- and solution-orientated way of working, combined with the ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
