As a (Junior) Recruiter (m/f/d), you’ll manage the entire recruiting process from start to finish. You’ll advise our hiring managers as an equal partner and ensure an excellent quality of hire through data-driven work.

Your contribution to success

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Independent management of the entire process—from detailed needs analysis with executives through active sourcing to the contract offer.
  • Process Optimization: Operational implementation of modern recruiting strategies and structured selection processes (e.g., behavioral interviewing).
  • Digitalization & Systems: Consistent use and further development of our digital systems (rexx, AI screening) to automate applicant management.
  • Employer Branding: Active support for initiatives to strengthen our employer brand and optimize the candidate experience.
  • KPI & Data-Driven Approach: Reporting of relevant recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill) to ensure transparent management of your open positions.

 

Your success factors

  • A completed degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Business Administration (with a focus on Human Resources), Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Preferably 3+ years of professional experience in active sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition—ideally in a technology-oriented environment.
  • Solid practical experience with digital recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, talent CRM) as well as in conducting structured, behavior-based interviews.
  • Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus when interacting with candidates and internal executives.
  • A data-driven mindset combined with ingenuity in developing new sourcing channels and creative employer branding initiatives.
  • Fluency in German and English
