Your contribution to success

  • Process Digitization & Automation: You will analyze HR processes, develop sustainable concepts for their digitization and automation, and successfully drive their implementation forward.
  • AI Focus: There is a specific emphasis on integrating and incorporating artificial intelligence (AI).
  • HR System Administration: You will support the ongoing rollout, manage our HR system rexx, and continuously develop it along with its interfaces.
  • Subproject Management: You will provide valuable support in the implementation of national and international projects and independently lead subprojects.
  • Structured Documentation: You ensure that all internal HR processes are always documented in a clear and comprehensive manner.
  • Team Support: You support the team by, for example, preparing reports, creating ad hoc analyses, or contributing to the forecasting and budgeting process.

Your success factors

  • Bachelor’s degree or business apprenticeship with a focus on business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification—1–3 years of professional experience in a similar position is desirable
  • Affinity for working with and applying artificial intelligence
  • You have a solid basic technical understanding and enjoy working with data and systems
  • Passion for processes and projects
  • You enjoy working in (project) teams, can adapt to different stakeholders, and are eager to take on responsibility
  • Very good written and spoken German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
