As an intern/working student in employer branding, you will actively shape our public image as a leading employer in the region. Your main task will be to create authentic content to attract top talent to Conrad and strengthen our employer brand.

Your contribution to success

You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication measures to highlight our innovative strength in the tech sector.
You will drive the creation of appealing content (text, images, video) for our recruiting channels, especially LinkedIn, and implement it together with the marketing department.
You will play an active role in raising the profile of our corporate culture, our tech projects, and our employees, acting as an interface between PR, marketing, and people.
You will manage our trainee project team, which is responsible for creating content for the young professionals target group.

Your success factors

You are interested in marketing, people, communication, and technology.
You have an affinity for digital channels (especially LinkedIn) and content creation.
You are studying at a university or college, ideally with a focus on HR, marketing, or communication.
You are a strong communicator, proactive, and want to learn how to develop an employer brand in a sustainable way.
Fluency in German and good English skills are important for content creation.
