Your contribution to success
- You identify customer opportunities and take on tasks related to actively developing new business and following up on proposals
- You provide support to B2B customers over the phone and prepare sales-oriented customer meetings
- You are responsible for maintaining, entering, and processing sales-related data in the CRM tool and in SAP
- You find solutions to optimize the procurement process
- You share responsibility for ensuring and documenting functional knowledge
Your success factors
- You have professional experience in customer service
- Ideally, you have already gained relevant experience in internal sales
- You have experience in eProcurement
- You have very good German and English language skills
- You are a strong communicator and have a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
