In our dynamic CFO Office, you will work directly with the CFO, the Chief of Staff and the other Finance Heads and become an integral part of a powerful team. You will accompany strategically important projects, gain unique insights into the top management level and actively participate in the further development of the corporate strategy.

Your contribution to success

  • Strategic project support: You accompany the CFO team on exciting strategic projects that set the course for the future direction of the company
  • Board-level support: Preparation of decision papers and presentation materials for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and Senior Management Committees
  • M&A processes: You support the identification and analysis of potential targets, evaluate synergies and value creation potential and accompany the entire transaction process from due diligence to closing
  • Business Process Excellence: You drive continuous improvements - optimising reporting, creating dashboards, streamlining processes
  • Strategic Analysis & Insights: Collaboration on analytical deep-dives and strategic ad-hoc projects with direct impact
  • Executive Operations: Management of recurring tasks, organisation of executive meetings and coordination of budget update

Your success factors

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration with focus on Finance, Strategic Management or comparable study programme
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Proactive way of working, intellectual curiosity and quick adaptability to new challenges
    Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI/Tableau an advantage
  • Very good German and English language skills required (C1 Level or higher), other languages an advantage
