Your contribution to success

You are responsible for processing, managing and monitoring requests for quotations with the aim of keeping our service promise to our customers
The pre-qualification of customer inquiries, as well as the preparation and calculation of offers with subsequent transmission via various channels (telephone, e-mail, customer platforms) are part of your tasks
Post-processing quotations together with the internal sales team is part of your daily tasks
You take part in tenders from schools and authorities
You will be responsible for processing large quantity requests and orders in coordination with customers and suppliers

Your success factors

Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Ideally initial professional experience in sales
You have a commercial understanding as well as a high level of goal and result orientation
You are characterized by your independent and structured way of working and your interest in technical products
Ideally, you already have some knowledge of the SAP environment
Good knowledge of the common MS Office products (especially Word, Excel)
You have very good communication skills and a good command of English (B1 level)
