Your contribution to success

  • SAP expertise: You are responsible for SAP authorizations. This means you create and maintain authorization concepts in the SAP ECC and SAP EWM systems. You ensure that everything complies with compliance requirements and carry out regular checks and audits.
  • User know-how: You are the contact person for all user concerns. You create new users and manage their access rights. In doing so, you ensure that the login process runs smoothly and resolve access issues quickly and easily.
  • System support: You support your team in general SAP system administration. You monitor performance, install updates, and are on hand when it comes to error analysis.
  • Process optimization: You are always looking for ways to make processes for authorizations and users more efficient and secure. You actively contribute ideas and work on automating processes.
  • Internal consulting: You provide advice and support to the specialist departments. You advise them on the correct use of the required SAP authorizations and implement these accordingly.

Your success factors

  • You have a strong affinity for IT with several years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration, particularly in SAP user and authorization management.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the SAP administration environment, ideally basic knowledge of ABAP programming, and are familiar with relevant databases (Oracle, MaxDB, and HANA) and the Linux operating system.
  • You work in a solution-oriented and structured manner and are highly motivated to learn.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork skills. You are also highly customer- and service-oriented.
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English (at least B2 level).
