As Head of Website Solutions, you will lead a team of 30 talented software developers and focus on the development of our state-of-the-art e-commerce webshop, working closely with cross-functional teams including Platform Architecture, Data Services, Product Management and UX. This strategic leadership role ensures the scrum teams run smoothly, fosters a culture of continuous learning, and drives technical excellence in line with our platform strategy.

Agile leadership: Proven experience in leading scrum teams and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Stakeholder management: Ability to maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders and align business goals with technical delivery
Innovative Mindset: Interest in the latest trends in engineering practices and emerging technologies
