Your contribution to success

  • Strategic leadership: Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy in terms of technology, content and UX. You are responsible for all SEO measures in 15 European countries, with the aim of increasing visibility and rankings in order to increase traffic and sales via the channel.
  • Technical expertise: Optimization of SEO performance through targeted technical analysis (crawling, indexing, page load speed) and improvement of the website architecture.
  • Team management: Leading and developing our SEO team, promoting a data-driven culture and ensuring efficient collaboration with other departments (e.g. development, content, product management).
  • Performance analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs, creation of meaningful reports and derivation of recommendations for action to optimize SEO performance.
  • Innovative power: Observation of current SEO trends and technologies, implementation of innovative approaches to improve our organic visibility.

Your success factors

  • Extensive experience: Several years of professional experience in SEO, ideally in an e-commerce environment, with a proven track record in technical search engine optimization.
  • Technical expertise: Deep understanding of technical SEO aspects, experience with relevant tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush) and knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and ability to make data-based decisions.
  • Languages: German and English, fluent 
  • Hands-on mentality: Proactive, independent way of working, high self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility.
