Your contribution to success
- Establish and scale a high-performing product analytics team. Define the team's vision, mission, and operational model, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, curiosity, and impact.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product analytics strategy that aligns with Conrad's overall product and business objectives. This includes defining key metrics (OKRs, KPIs) in partnership with product teams for various domains (e.g., e-commerce funnels, platform service adoption, marketplace dynamics).
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Product Design, and Marketing teams to embed data and insights into every stage of the product development lifecycle, from ideation and hypothesis validation to A/B testing, launch, and iteration.
- Oversee the generation of deep-dive analyses, reports, and dashboards that uncover user behavior patterns, identify pain points and opportunities, and measure the impact of product initiatives. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for product strategy and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to define data requirements, ensure data quality and integrity, and promote the accessibility and usability of product data and analytics tools.
- Act as a primary advocate for data literacy within the product organization. Develop and implement training, resources, and best practices to enable self-service analytics and empower product teams to leverage data effectively.
- Clearly and compellingly communicate analytical findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
