Your contribution to success

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the finance department with direct reporting to the management
  • Ensuring that the accounts are kept in accordance with the law and in a proper manner
  • Participation in special projects on behalf of the management
  • Interface function for all areas of the company as a business expert in finance
  • Optimising processes within the department and the assigned areas
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements including reporting to the Group company
  • Support with tax issues including preparation and support for tax audits
  • Supporting the external auditors with the annual financial statements
  • Preparation of VAT statements
  • Assisting with the bookkeeping of the Italian sister company
  • Contact with external tax authorities
  • Supporting employees with various issues
 

Your success factors

  • Well-founded training and further education (specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate)
  • Several years of experience in managing an accounting department
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Controlling and planning skills
  • Perfect knowledge of German, good knowledge of English and Italian an advantage
  • Confident in using Office programmes, good SAP knowledge an advantage
  • Customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and initiative
