As an HR generalist, you are responsible for all tasks related to human resources. You are an important point of contact for employees and managers and are responsible for ensuring that the HR department runs smoothly.
Your contribution to success
- Recruiting from A to Z
- Complete handling of onboarding and offboarding
- Time recording and absence management
- Payroll processing from A to Z
- Administrative accident and sick leave management
- Contact person for personnel-related issues
- Various projects
- Organisation and implementation of training courses and company events
- Responsibility for apprentices in commercial and customer dialogue
- General administrative tasks
Your success factors
- Completed basic commercial training
- Further training in HR
- Stylistically confident German is a prerequisite; good written and spoken English skills are a plus
- Confident in using Office programmes
- Efficient and independent way of working
- Good manners, ability to work in a team and a high degree of reliability
