We are looking for a Human Resources Development Expert (m/f/nb) to take the development of our employees to the next level at the next possible date. People are at the heart of our Human Resources department. Through you, we want to fully utilise the potential of our experts and managers and at the same time develop our performance management systematically.

Your contribution to success

  • Strategic development: Further development of our HR development strategy and independent management of projects derived from it
  • Development concept: Development and implementation of new personnel development concepts and tools in management and employee development
  • Performance management: Establishment and further development of holistic performance management, including target agreements, feedback culture and performance appraisals
  • Knowledge and skills development: Planning, organisation and implementation of personnel development measures such as seminars, workshops, etc.
  • Operational HR development: Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR development issues
  • Development management: Identifying development needs, creating individual development plans and supporting employees in their development
  • Quality analysis: Evaluation and assessment of HR development measures and preparation of reports

Your success factors

  • Professional expertise: Completed relevant studies with a focus on HR management, psychology, etc.
  • Sound experience: Several years of professional experience in the field of HR development, particularly in the areas of performance management and management and employee development
  • Moderation skills: Experience in moderating and organising workshops, training courses and coaching sessions
  • Hands-on mentality: Proactive, independent way of working, high level of self-motivation and creativity  
  • Analytical mindset: Strong conceptual and analytical skills 
  • Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English
